From figuring out how email works and keyboard short-cuts to graphic design and programming, all you've got to do is ask.

At this time training is handled on an hourly basis and done one-on-one with you "at the wheel". I'll generally ask you to come up with a list of frustrations and any other topics of interest before the training session to allow me to prepare a general training plan so we don't waste time "on the clock" figuring out what we're going to go over.

Don't forget, if I'm on-site working on a technical support issue for you, all you have to do is ask to be shown what it is I am doing & I will gladly share my tools and tips for how to handle your own troubleshooting in the future if that is what you are interested in.

I am in the business of helping people figure out the technologies at their disposal. Even if that means teaching you how to not need me so much. I'm not happy with the job until you're happy with what I've provided.
